Wholesale and custom orders are shipped via Canada Post. Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs and fees, including shipping insurance if requested. 

Shipping costs will be charged to your account at the time of order using the billing information provided on your account. You will receive an invoice at this time reflecting the shipping costs.

We do not ship with signature confirmation, but can if you request it. Please be sure to double check your address as Catherine & Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

Please be aware that Catherine & Co. is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves the studio. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to the mail carrier. Should your package become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier. 

International orders are shipped via the least expensive method in order to save you costs. Please note that you, the international buyer, are responsible for all customs fees and expenses (if any should arise). Catherine & Co. is not financially responsible for paying such fees. International orders can take anywhere from 7-28+ days to arrive once shipped. Please check given tracking information should you have any questions.

Please allow at least 3 weeks from the time of your order for completion of items - current shipping times have changed. Larger domestic orders may require more time; please contact me for information about availability.

We currently accept all major credit cards and e-Transfer/TransferWise/PayPal. Cheques and cash are only accepted for retailers in the General Toronto Area. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted on damaged or incorrect items with images provided. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact me at with the headline "Return - 72 Hours" within 72 hours of receiving your order. I'm more than happy to work with you to find a solution that works for the both of us.

All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep the tracking information until your return has been processed. Any packages sent back to Catherine & Co. (without direct instructions from me specifically stating to return the items) will not be accepted and the package will be returned to the sender. 

We do not assume responsibility for packages containing returns that are lost in transit or packaged poorly. We do not reimburse return shipping costs. We do not replace orders that are shipped with no tracking information.

A minimum of 48 candles and 3 scents are required for all wholesale retailers and bulk buys. Wholesale orders are final sale. Each order is made to order, meaning that your products are made specifically for you, they aren't sitting on a shelf waiting to head out the door. The same shipping, payment, damages and variations policies apply.

I try to get your order out the door as quickly as possible, but wholesale turnaround time is about 3-4 weeks due to current shipping delays. Please keep that in mind for your store's events and holidays! I do try to get your orders out ASAP, but they are shipped in the order that the order comes in (example: you may be third in line, so your order will ship after theirs does). If you are an international customer, please be aware that you are responsible for any and all shipping and customs fees. Catherine & Co. does not accept responsibility for any customs fees that arise. 

Your order is adequately packaged with handling + transit in mind! While we do take care when packaging your order, damages can happen. If your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact me through the contact page or by email at with a photo of the damaged product + shipping box within 24 hours of receiving. A damage claim will be filed with the shipping carrier and we will work together to find a solution to your damaged product.

All of our products are made by hand out of natural ingredients so variations are to be expected. Each and every product we make is carefully inspected before heading to your doorstep. These variations do not affect the integrity of our goods and will not be considered defects or damages.

Candles & tea lights: changes in temperature may cause the top of your candle/tea lights to melt slightly in hot delivery trucks/mailboxes. This occurs naturally and we have no control over the weather! Once your candle is in your home, it will cool down. This does not affect the way your candles burn or smell in any way.
