cotton kot-n
A soft, white, downy substance consisting of the hairs or fibers attached to the seeds of plants. Ntokíya means "cotton" in Lingala.

Cotton is one of the world's oldest shrubs native to tropical and subtropical regions. Africa's fabric—also known as Wax Hollandais or Dutch Wax—is a resin-printed cotton fabric first manufactured in the Netherlands for Indonesians in the mid-19th century. This candle has an uplifting, reviving, and energizing scent, perfect for integrating the soul with the body on stressful days. Wax is hand-poured into a white vessel and is topped off with a dust cover.

Top: pear, bergamot, peach
Middle: jasmine, cashmere
Base: vanilla, sandalwood

• 8oz candle - approximately 50 hours of burn time

• Small batch hand-poured in Scarborough, ON - a donation is made to the Panzi Foundation with every purchase

Ntokiya = Freshness

A great candle for when you want your home to smell clean and fresh. Think laundry day with natural linen. It's not overpowering at it. It light and beautiful. I actually need to buy another one lol.

I stopped buying other brands...

... because these candles are so good. Early 2020 I was introduced to a lot of different boutique candle shops. They all have great fragrances but, in my opinion, Catherine and Co is a step above. Unique scents that are strong but not overwhelming, good consistent burn, pretty design that fits any room.

Shanele, I adore you. Thank you so much for your support! <3 <3
